Items purchased online are shipped to arrive the week of the following month's full moon. If you place an order 2-5 business days before the upcoming full moon, please allow an additional 7 days for your package to be delivered.

WORKSHOP PICK UP (Queen & Dovercourt) is available with valid ID and receipt.

$25 CAD flat rate for shipping to the United States on orders under $180.00.

Items purchased online are shipped the week of the next full moon. Please allow for 7-14 business days for package to be delivered. If you place an order 2-5 business days before the upcoming full moon, please allow an additional 7 days for your package to be delivered.

*Any customs or import duties are chafed once the parcel reaches its destination. These chafes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. MV Alchemy is not for responsible for duties you are changed as these are out of our control.

EXCHANGE/CREDIT

Not that you'll need one! But MV Alchemy does not offer cash refunds. Exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase, product must be in new unused condition and or sealed. Exchanges and credits will only be issued with proof of purchase.

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES In order to qualify for an exchange or credit, MV Alchemy must be contacted by email for an authorization number, within 7 days of receiving your shipment. This authorization number must be included with the items being returned or the shipment will be refused.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of their exchange in Canada and United States. Please ensure you have kept the original receipt and the returning item unused and sealed. Once we receive the item back we will issue a store credit or ship out the item to be exchanged within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange has been processed.  

To purchase an item with store credit, please call 647-972-6452 between 12-5pm, Tuesday to Friday. We will process the credit for you and ship your item out. Shipping charges may apply if purchase is less than $100.00 plus tax in Canada or less than $180.00 CND in the United States.

MV Alchemy reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not comply with the above stated conditions. 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing information on any and all allergies and/or skin sensitivities. MV Alchemy is not responsible for unforeseen reactions to the natural ingredients used in products. The consumer is responsible for reading listed ingredients and ensuring they are safe for their personal use. As with many skincare products, testing a small area of skin prior to full use is advised. 

MV Alchemy is not responsible for temporary discolouration of towels or tubs should a soak or bomb be used in too large a quantity for a prolonged time. The natural french clay that is used as added minerals and natural colourant, as well as charcoal, are known to temporarily stain and should be used at the costumers discretion.
